חידוש מנהג העלייה בשלושת הרגלים

בשעה 7:15, למחרת יום כיפור, מר דוד סג"ל, בן למשפחת ניצולי שואה מרחובות ומיקיר, ייצא  עם בני משפחה וחברים לעלות לרגל להר המוריה מביתו הפרטי, לקראת חג הסוכות.

המרחק מביתו להר המוריה הוא בערך 80 קילומטר.  לפי התכנון שלו זה יקח 3 ימים:  "ביום הראשון נישן בעלי. ביום שני בעופרה וביום שלישי בערב נגיע לירושלים."

כל מי שרוצה  להשתתף בחידוש המנהג החשוב, ולעשות מסלול דומה יבורך. רוצים לדעת איך עושים זאת מבחינה לוגיסטית-מעשית (רכב לחצפים, לינה וכו')? התקשרו למשפחת סג"ל ותשאלו… 09-7923175

לסיום – חומר קריאה– כל מה שרצית לדעת על  מאחזים ולא העזת לשאול!!

 

ש. האם נכון שהמאחזים נבנו מאחורי גבה של הממשלה, ללא כל אישור?

ת. לא נכון.  בתקציר דו"ח ששון נאמר: "… מתחילת שנות התשעים הראשונות… רשויות ציבוריות וגופים מטעם המדינה, …נטלו חלק מרכזי בהקמת המאחזים הבלתי מורשים … חלקם בהשראת הדרג המדיני…".

 

ש. אז מדוע התקשורת משתמשת בביטוי "מאחזים בלתי-חוקיים"?

ת. מתוך בורות (או מגמתיות). במסמכי המדינה, המאחזים מכונים "בלתי מורשים", כלומר מדובר בצורת התיישבות שמתחילה מהשטח ורק אחר כך באה לבקש אישור. בגלל המצב המשפטי ביהודה ושומרון,–מה ש"בלתי מורשה", הוא לאו דווקא "בלתי חוקי": תפיסת קרקע (בלי לבקש רשות), ביהודה ושומרון, היא דרך לגיטימית על פי החוק להשיג בעלות על הקרקע (במדינות מערביות בדרך כלל אין זה כך, בדרך כלל ניתן להשיג בעלות רק ע"י רכישה).

 

ש. חייבים לאכוף את חוקי הבנייה, לא?

ת. קודם כל, המאחזים אינם בלתי חוקיים – ראו לעיל. אך גם אילו היו – יש חובה לאכוף חוקים נגד מאחזים, אך ורק באופן שיוויוני ולא סלקטיבי (בג"צ 6396/96). על אף זאת, יש סלקטיביות מדהימה נגד מתנחלים ומאחזים: מאות אם לא אלפי חיילים ושוטרים נשלחים לפנות, למשל, 2 משפחות עם ילדים קטנים ממאחז בלב חברון. ומה המצב בתחום הקו הירוק לעומת השקעת המשאבים האדירה הזו? "הבנייה הבלתי חוקית (בישראל) מוגדרת כמכת מדינה….מידי שנה נערכים בישראל כ-130 אלף שיפוצים… (ו)בלמעלה מ-90% מהמקרים קבלן השיפוץ אינו בעל הסמכה….53,369 מבנים …ניבנו בניגוד לחוק (אוגוסט 2002), רק נגד 3% מהמקרים ננקטה פעולה כלשהי ." (מתוך דו"ח "בניה בלתי חוקית בישראל" מטעם שירותי המידע של הכנסת, 2004, הדגשה שלנו – מ.ע.) דוגמה נוספת: ישנם 2000 בנייני פל-קל מאוכלסים בישראל (מעריב ,18.12.06), האם ישנה הקצאת שוטרים להריסתם, על אף הסכנה שקיימת בהם (ולא במאחזים)?

 

ש. האם המאחזים לא נבנו על רכוש פלשתיני פרטי??

ת. כשפלשתיני בא וטוען טענה כזו (או שלום עכשיו טוען זאת בשמו), אין לקבל את טענתו ללא הוכחה   מסודרת, כי אחר הכל — מדובר באיזורים שכוחי-אל וריקים. בגלל אווירת ציד המכשפות נגד הימין, לא תמיד העיתונאי – או אפילו בית המשפט – מקפיד לדרוש הוכחה של ממש לפני שהוא מצדיק את אותו גורם פלשתיני ומוקיע את המאחז כ"לא חוקי". למשל, עתירת "שלום עכשיו" לבג"צ כנגד הבנייה החרדית במודיעין-עילית מטעם חברת חפציבה, התקבלה ע"י הבג"צ. אך טענות רבות שנטענו בה, בדבר בעלות פלשתינית כביכול, לא נתמכו על ידי צירוף הוכחות לתביעה…

 

 ש. האם נכון שביהודה ושומרון גם הערבים בונים "מאחזים" רבים ואם כן מדוע באמת לא מדברים גם על מאחזים אלה?

ת. בהחלט נכון שיש מאחזים פלשתינים רבים ביהודה ושומרון. לכאורה העובדה שיש ועדת שרים מיוחדת שרודפת מאחזים של מתנחלים, מהווה אפלייה לרעת המתנחלים, המנוגדת לעיקרון השיוויון ולכן אסורה לפי חוק. אלא שיש תקדים של הבג"צ  (בג"צ קריית ארבע 1992),  הקובע שאפליה נגד מתנחלים – להבדיל מאפליה נגד ערבים, הומואים ונשים – אינה נחשבת לפי החוק במדינת ישראל ל"אפליה אסורה". אפלייה נגד מתנחלים נחשבת ל"אבחנה מותרת" (כלשון הבג"צ שם).  

 

ש. האם נכון שרדיפת מאחזים ע"י האגף השמאלי בממשלה, מזיקה לישראל בזירה הבינלאומית מבחינה תקשורתית ומדינית?

ת. נכון. מבחינה תקשורתית, רדיפת המאחזים יוצרת אייטם תקשורתי שמתחרה, בתקשורת הבינלאומית, בסיפור המלחמה בטרור. כלומר כל כתבה על מאחזים פירושו –כתבה אחת פחות בגנות הטרור. מבחינה מדינית, רדיפת מאחזים מתפרשת כדה-לגיטימציה של כל נוכחות יהודית בכל מקום בארץ ישראל. אתר הפת"ח למשל התייחס למדינת ישראל כולה כ"מאחז" אחד גדול.  

 

ש. מיהם המתנחלים שגרים במאחזים, היש בקרבם אזרחים משלמי מיסים המשרתים בצה"ל?

ת. בהחלט, כבר נרשמו מקרים שלוחמים בלבנון קיבלו טלפון בהול מהאשה, שבעודם בצו 8,  הם קיבלו מהמדינה צו מדיני-פוליטי (מסוג 1539) לפינוי ביתם ללא פיצויים. בנוסף, אלמנתו ויתומיו הקטנים של גיבור מלחמת לבנון השניה, רועי קליין (שזעק "שמע ישראל ה' אלוקינו ה' אחד" וקפץ על רימון) הם תושבי מאחז לא-חוקי-לטענת-השמאל. הערה מן הלב: כל מי שקורא שורות אלה ולא רץ לעשות הסברה לטובת המאחזים בסביבתו הטבעית (משפחה, חברים, מקום העבודה) עושה עוול אישי לאלמנה וליתומים של גיבור ישראל רועי קליין ז"ל, אנא חישבו על כך!! תודה מראש!!

 

ש. אז מדוע ממשלות ישראל נוהגות לרדוף מאחזים???

ת. אתה יודע למה. בסקר רשת ב' מיום 10.10.02, נמצא כי רק 17% מהציבור חשב שפינוי מאחזים נעשה משיקולים עניינים. 70% השיב נכון: שפינוי מאחזים נעשה משיקולים פוליטיים –אז, כפועל יוצא של יחסי הכוחות הפנימיים במפלגת העבודה, כיום כפועל יוצא של חוסר הפופולריות של אולמרט, וכו'.

OUTPOSTS — A CRUCIAL PRESSURE POINT IN ISRAEL-US RELATIONS
 
Q. What are outposts?
A. “Outposts” are tiny Jewish points of presence in Judea and Samaria. A neighborhood, house or two, makeshift synagogue or even a single toolshed can be  labelled an “outpost”. Such communities are targets for deportation and destruction; just a few weeks ago, two Jewish families in Hebron, with 6 and 8 children respectively,  were ousted forceably from their homes. The outposts, small as they are, are crucial in preventing Judea and Samaria from being taken over by Hamas, and — unlike the forsaken Gush Katif — Judea and Samaria are directly adjacent to Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Israel’s sole international airport (Ben-Gurion airport).  
 
Q. Is it true that the outposts were illegal because they were built behind the back of the Israeli government?
A. This is often stated, but no, it is not true. The government-commissioned Sasson report admitted that “from the beginning of the nineties…governmental bodies and public authorities…played a central role in establishing the outposts”. In other words, the outposts were without any doubt sanctioned by governmental authorities. However, the Israeli press, which has its own political inclinations, almost always refers to outposts as “illegal outposts”, without saying why. The foreign press takes its cue from the Israeli press.
 
Q. Aren’t the outposts built on private land (belonging to Palestinians)?
A. Peace Now has made a profession of identifying Palestinians who are willing to claim that they are the owners of land being used by Jewish outposts. This does not mean that these Palestinians really are the owners — this needs to be proven. Unfortunately, due to the particular judge apopintment system used in Israel, there are many radical pro-Palestinian judges, who rule against outposts and settlements without bothering too much about evidence . For example, Peace Now’s recent, very  well publicized petition against a hareidi new “settlement” neighborhood in Modiin Ilit included 6 separate statements claiming misuse of “private Palestinian land”. The Peace Now petition had 18 appendices; not one of them pertained to this crucial claim! Nonetheless, the High Court was quick to accept Peace Now’s deficient petition and issue an injunction; as a result, 1500 low-income Jewish families found themselves stranded without a home. Some are living with babies, but without water or electricity, to this day.  
 
Peace Now, while  ostensibly an Israeli movement, is supported financially by the European Union (as disclosed by two Israeli newspapers: Makor Rishon and, on the other side of the political spectrum, Haaretz).
 
One reason why outposts sometimes appear to be “on Palestinian land” is that it is difficult for Jews to get their land purchases from Palestinians recognized. As was recently established by MK Benny Alon by means of a parliamentary query, the Palestinian Authority still retains a policy of regarding those who dare to sell land to infidels – Jews  – as guilty of treason. So, Palestinian sellers have every interest in vigorously denying sales to Jews that they themselves have just made — creating the impression that an outpost which has been duly purchased, is “on Palestinian land”.
 
Q. Is it true that there are many Palestinian “outposts” in Judea and Samaria as well?
A. Yes, there are, but these are not candidates for destruction. While it may seem to you discriminatory to destroy Jewish settlers’ outposts only, this selectivity against Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria, vis a vis their Palestinian neighbors, was actually upheld by the Israeli High Court of Justice (HCJ), in 1992. In a landmark case known in Israel as Bagatz Kiryat Arba, the High Court ruled that discrimination against Jewish settlers was legal (“avchana muteret”). In contrast, discrimination against other groups such as women, Arabs and homo-sexuals, is of course illegal and prohibited by law here in Israel.
    
Q. Are the Israelis living in outposts normal, productive citizens?
A. Definitely: They pay taxes and serve in the army just like other Israelis elsewhere. In fact, groundwork  for destroying an outpost containing many young families’ homes was done last summer while the young owners of these homes were busy fighting in Lebanon and their wives and small children were home alone. In fact, Roi Klein z”l, one of Israel’s most famous combat officers, who sacrificed his own life for that of his soldiers last summer in Lebanon, shouting “Hear O Israel” while intentionally jumping onto a lethal grenade thrown near his men, was a resident of an outpost, near Eli. If the current trend against outposts is not blocked rapidly by Israelis and by the American Jewish community, Roi’s young widow might find herself — and her toddler orphaned children — homeless and penniless, since homes destroyed in state raids on outposts  are not compensated for by the state.
 
Q. Should American Jews get involved?
A. Yes — immediately. Please take responsibility — do not let any more Jewish families lose their homes for no reason.  The Jerusalem Post just reported (3 Sep) that the IDF is “planning for…West Bank outpost evacuations….Defense officials said that one of the reasons…was relentless American pressure“. 
 
Senior sources have explained to us privately that this pressure is coming straight from President Bush in person. President Bush is saying that Israel’s Prime Minister “promised” to dismantle outposts, and that promises (however dangerous for Israel – M. A.) must be kept; insinuating (at least so it seems from here) that if Israel does not keep this “promise”, the US might stop insisting that the Palestinians keep their “promise” to stop terror. In this way, President Bush is attempting to create a false impression of moral equivalency between a handful of peaceful Jewish dwellings which have done no wrong, and the behemoth of Islamist terrorism. 
 
And now from a factual point of view: the Israeli government did “promise” the international community – buckling under vast international pressure — to dismantle certain outposts, but this was not an unconditional promise; it was only if — as an absolute pre-condition — terror, violence and incitement had all come to a complete halt on the Palestinian side. This is currently about as far from happening as the Sahara desert freezing over.
 
Please call your local rabbi or organization leader and urge him to please make immediate inquiry as to the correctness of the above information. If your rabbi or leader counters that the above information is not correct, kindly ask him or her for the correct information IN WRITING and forward it urgently to mattot.arim@gmail.com for our response. We Israeli Jews can very much use YOUR political help if we are to succeed in standing our ground here, in the only Jewish country in the world. The political battle for survival will continue here in the Land of Israel — we are determined and will not give in; but whether or not our battle for survival will succeed — depends to a huge extent, much more than you think, on you, the American Jewish community. So, thank you very much indeed, in advance for YOUR political help and involvement.

This lovely event is the brainchild of the gentle and dedicated Rabbi of Bet Horon, Rabbi Michah Peled. Rabbi Dov Lior of Kiryat Arba, a well-known rabbinical scholar, and Prof. Ezra Zohar will speak. In a modest ceremony, the soldiers will receive a “Hero of Israel” alternative award.
The dinner is THIS Sunday, 2 September, at 8 PM, in Rabbi Peled’s garden in Bet Horon (on Road 443, between Modiin and Givat Zeev). Rabbi Peled asks that you call him URGENTLY — (HOW ABOUT RIGHT THIS MINUTE?) to register 050.382.7660  or 02-5363273 to enable the right number of place-settings to be ordered. Rabbi Peled says that the Bet Horon activists will be paying 35 NIS per person (even this is of course less than the cost of the meal). He does not want to charge guests from outside Bet Horon because he is extremely anxious not to discourage anyone from attending: he wants to have as many people as possible so as to honor and encourage our brave boys as much as possible. כמעט שלושה שבועות פועמים חיים בחומש. חיים צעירים בעיקר . מכינים  ארוחות על תנור אבנים עם זרדים.   יש  ספר תורה.  יש תורנות תצפית למקרה שיגיעו כוחות ההרס ויהיה צורך לברוח לגבעות, כשכל מה שנבנה  עלול להיהרס.  הדרך להר חסומה על ידי מחסום צבאי בשבי שומרון,   למרות זאת יש תחלופה של אנשים ואספקת מזון להר. 

 *  מטה חומש זקוק למלווי נשק, גם בתשלום.  

 *  נאמני ארץ ישראל מוזמנים ולתת משמרת של יממה בישוב חומש. להגיע   לישוב שבי שומרון   ומשם  תצטרף לעלייה הבאה לחומש.

Solidarity Event for Hebron soldier-refuseniks — today — Sunday 12 August!
At "Keleh 6" — Jail No. 6. Don't be afraid to come, Haaretz reported that a whopping one third of the public (33%) supports the Hebron soldier-refuseniks — which is actually pretty embarrassing since only 14% of the public supports Olmert.
The event is TODAY  at 7 PM. This jail is located at Tzomet Oren, east of Machlef Atlit in the North. Call Yehuda for details 0545748132.

For the past 3 weeks, Homesh has been populated by Jews, mostly young people of course. Meals get cooked on an outdoors fire. A Sefer Torah is at the site. There is guard duty, both for security reasons and to warn the Jews living at Homesh of any return of police forces which will destroy everything that has been set up at which point one simply sets everything up all over again.
Volunteers are needed to "move in" (with your sleeping bag) for a day or many days — however much time you have. דחוף  –ביום א' (היום) בלילה הממשלה עומדת לגרש 2 משפחות יהודיות – אחת עם 8 ילדים אחת עם 6 ילדים — מלב האיזור היהודי בחברון (2 דקות הליכה ממערת המכפלה). ההחלטה התקבלה ביום תרפ"ט — יום השנה ה-78 לטבח בחברון. דווקא ביום הזה,  ישב שר הבטחון כדי לתכנן איך לנשל שוב את היהודים מהרכוש היהודי שנשדד ע"י הרוצחים לפני 78 שנה.

 

ומי יושב בממשלה הזאת? אביגדור (איבט) ליברמן, יו"ר מפלגת "ישראל ביתנו" .

רקע: 

* 2 בתים בחברון – של משפחת בר-כוכבא ומשפחת יהלום — סובלים מפגם משפטי פתיר וקל (כפי שמצא למשל עו"ד יעקב נאמן, פרלקיט צמרת לכל הדיעות). הממשלה הבטיחה למתיישבי חברון, ליישם את הפתרון המשפטי הפשוט הזה, כבר לפני כשנה וחצי. בתמורה לכך, 2 המשפחות התנדבו לצאת מבתיהם עם ילדיהם הקטנים לפני כשנה וחצי ללא עימות- כדי לתת מרווח זמן לממשלה לבצע את הפתרון המשפטי הנחוץ תוך זריקת עצם לשמאל הקיצוני (העובדה שהמשפחות מגורשות מבתיהם לתקופה לא קצרה…)

Therefore, he still has not bothered to even pick up HIS telephone and tell the Minister of Defense , Ehud Barak, that he (A. Liberman) is against expelling the two young Jewish families – the Yahalom and Bar-Cochba families — with their 14 little children from their homes in the middle of Jewish Hebron. As you will recall, Minister Barak has ALREADY given the army (hence police) orders to clear those houses EITHER LATE SUNDAY NITE (today i.e.) OR MONDAY and remove the Jewish families including their young children.

 

PLEASE CALL AVIGDOR LIBERMAN'S OFFICE SUPERURGENT RIGHT NOW. If you voted for him or persuaded others to vote for him — now is the time to say so. If you are bashful about making a protest call , make an inquiry call. Simply say: "Hi, I just got an email — something about the Government sending police and soldiers to force 14 small children out of their house in Hebron – I just wanted to ask is this true ?

הודעה חשובה מהוועד היהודי בחברון: להגיע לחברון בדחיפות ממוצ"ש
"על פי המידע שבידינו, כ-1000 שוטרים, יס"מ, וחיילים יבצעו גירוש בחברון ביום א' בלילה או ביום ב' השכם בבוקר . כל מי שחברון וארץ ישראל חשובים להם – נא להגיע לחברון ממוצאי שבת כדי לקחת חלק במחאה ובמאבק. יתכן שכוחות הבטחון יסגרו את כל הדרכים לחברון בצהרי יום ראשון, ולכן חשוב להקדים ולהגיע.
 
"דווקא היום — יום הזכרון ה-78 לטבח בחברון שבו נשחטו 67 יהודים — החליט שר הבטחון אהוד ברק אישית, לגרש שתי משפחות מבתי הקהילה היהודית בשכונת שלהבת במרכז האיזור היהודי.  ועד חברון מביע מחאה וכאב רב על חילול זכר הקדושים, ע"י יהודים הפוגעים באחיהם."

 

הערות:
1. כידוע ניתן להגיע מירושלים לחברון או לקריית ארבע באוטובוס אגד רגיל.
2. מי שיש לו חברים ביישובים סמוכים (קרית ארבע וכו) יכול להזמין את עצמו אליהם לשבת

 The Hebron Jewish Community is pained to announce that precisely on the 78th anniversary of the 1929 massacre in Hebron (67 dead and the surviving population expelled from the city), Defense Minister Ehud Barak has personally decided to expel two more Jewish families from their homes in Hebron's Shalhevet neighborhood (right in the middle of the Jewish quarter of Hebron, right near Mearat haMachpela).  

According to information received by the community, about 1,000 police, riot squad forces and soldiers will deport the two families late Sunday night or early Monday morning. If you are a friend of Hebron and Eretz Yisrael, you are asked to come to Hebron starting Saturday night, to take part in the protest and struggle. Most likely all roads leading to Hebron will be closed sometime Sunday or Monday, so please arrive as early as possible. 

There are regular Egged busses from Jerusalem to Hebron. If you know anyone in Hebron, Kiryat Arba or thereabouts, by all means try to invite yourself for Shabat.   

IMPORTANT Please print out this email and hang it up before Shabat (preferably just a few minutes b4 Shabat comes in… so it won't get covered up) in the nearest Bet Knesset — many people will see it that way — thanks!! דחוף, שרי הימין שוב נרדמו…

 

להלן 2 כתבות על שנאת השמאל לחברון: 2 משפחות יהודיות מחברון איכלסו בתים בלב השכונה היהודית. אמנם אלה בתים יהודיים נטושים מתקופת פרעות תרפ"ט אבל האכלוס היה "בלי רשות מהממשלה".  הבעיה היא כידוע, שאם מבקשים רשות — לא מקבלים (לא רק בחברון אלא במקומות רבים ביהודה ושומרון). לכן נא לצלצל ללשכות השרים אביגדור ליברמן ואלי ישי ולשאול אותם מדוע אנחנו לא שומעים אותם באמצעי התקשורת, מוחים נגד משרד הבטחון. להסביר שכל מי שמונע מהמתנחלים לנהל את חייהם מסכן לא רק את המתנחלים אלא את כל המדינה כי זה בעצם מחזיר את ישראל לגבולות 67 המסוכנים.

 

בנוסף כדאי להכנס לשתי הכתבות ולהוסיף תגובות בסוף, מפני שאנשי משרד הבטחון ששוקלים את צעדיהם הבאים  בהחלט יבדוקו האם היו תגובות נזעמות מהציבור או לא.

 

נושאים שדורשים תגובה:

א. אי-צדק: הממשלה מונעת ממתנחלים להתיישב בבתים ריקים בבעלות יהודית

ב. מצד אחד הממשלה מסרבת כבר 5 שנים, להגיש בבית משפט תביעת פיצויים מטעם המוסד לביטוח לאומי נגד הרשות הפלשתינית בגין נזקי הטרור (את עלות הטיפול בפצועים וקצבאות הנפטרים לוקחים מכספי המיסים שלנו…) מצד שני הממשלה רצה לתבוע פיצויים מקומץ משפחות יהודיות מרובות ילדים בחברון על ה"נזק" שהם כביכול גורמים למדינה, לדעת אולמרט ואשתו.

לחיילים דתיים בנושא השתתפות עקיפה בגירוש יהודים:

ועד רבני יש"ע הודיע כי: "כל השתתפות חיילינו ישירות ובעקיפין למנוע התיישבות יהודית בארץ, נוגדת את השקפת תורתנו הקדושה. וכל אדם שאכפת לו מעם ישראל וארץ ישראל, אל ייתן ידו בכל צורה שהיא לביצוע משימה זו. וכדי לקיים מצוות ריבונו של עולם וחובת הצבא – הכתוב אומר "בתחבולות תעשה לך מלחמה"."

 

משוב לפעילי מטות ערים ב-3 נושאים שונים:

משוב א' לפעילי "מטות ערים":  לכל מי שקיבל "שפכטל" מאחד מחברי הכנסת

הרבה אזרחים חרוצים ואכפתניקים התקשרו לחברי הכנסת בנושא חוק סגירת תיקי ההתנתקות. מספר פעילים נבהלו כשחברי כנסת אמרו להם: "מדוע אתם מתקשרים אלינו, הרי ברור שאנחנו איתכם, הטלפונים שלכם רק מעצבנים ומזיקים!!" הנה המצב האמיתי (חלק מן הזבובים על הקיר בכנסת נוהגים לדווח ל"מטות ערים" ואנחנו מודים להם מאד…):  הח"כים שהשיבו כך הם בדיוק הח"כים שזמן קצר לפני מבצע הטלפונים התכוונו להצביע נגדנו . הם שינו את דעתם אך ורק בגלל שקיבלו טלפונים.  הח"כים הללו לא ניזוקו מן הטלפונים, ההפך, הם התבטאו בקול ואמרו שהם יצביעו כפי שצריך רק מפני שאחרת לדבריהם (לאחר שספגו כמה טלפונים) "הימין יהרוג אותנו, הם לא יסלחו לנו על זה"… מסקנה: כל הכבוד למי שצלצל לח"כים כשצריך. זה עובד וזה נותן תוצאות.

 

משוב ב' לפעילי "מטות ערים": זוכרים את 21 המתנחלים שהורחקו ממשפחותיהם ללא משפט?

אחד מהם היה רק בן 19: אלעד קלר. הוריו ביקשו להעביר לפעילים את המסר הבא: "בשעה שאנו מתארגנים בשבח והודיה לה' יתברך, לחתונה של אלעד בננו,  אנו זוכרים להודות ולהביע הערכה מעומק הלב לאנשים הטובים שליוו אותנו  בחודשים הארוכים והקשים עם קבלת "צו ההרחקה". נוכל רק לשער  עד כמה הטלפונים, המכתבים, האימיילים, הפניות הרשמיות לגופים השונים, לתקשורת וכו' וכו' פעלו את פעולתם מול מקבלי ההחלטות, אך מעבר לכך –  פעולתכם הייתה עבורנו מקור תמיכה, מעין "משפחה" מורחבת שבתוכה  היה אפשר לדבר באותה שפה ולנהל חיזוק כיוון ודרך. ברגשות תודה והערכה, משפחת קלר, מושב מעון שבאיזור הר חברון."

Feedback from the Knesset : Thanks to all those who helped promote the Knesset bill for closing criminal proceedings against Orange demonstrators. Some of you were "told off" by irate Knesset Members who said they were going to be "with us" but your phonecalls are antagonizing them. Nonsense. We checked this out. The very selfsame MKs who made this claim were heard only moments before the phonecalls started vowing to vote against us. However, having gotten some phonecalls they realized that — as they put it (aloud) "The Right will never forgive us if we vote against this law…". So — if YOU made a phonecall –YOU  helped. Thanks so much.

 

Feedback from the Shomron : Remember the 21 banished Jews, separated from their homes and families without trial or compensation? One of them was only 19 years old at the time: Elad Keller. His parents, who live in a small settlement called Maon,  wrote to Mattot Arim last week to report that they are preparing for Elad's wedding, and as they do so, they would like to thank all the good activists in Israel and abroad who not only helped them to get Elad back by faithfully making phonecalls and sending faxes, but also served as their loving extended virtual family, so they felt in their darkest moments, days and weeks. All of us respond as one: "Mazal Tov, Elad Keller and parents –  It was our privilege to be able to help you and we are so, so happy to hear this great news!"

Help our young people, get these calls and faxes done now. And YES, it's OK to use these telephone and fax numbers, they are intended to be civilian numbers i.e. they do not disrupt the work of the police or army.

דחוף – הצילו את החוק למען סגירת תיקי המפגינים הכתומים

Urgent! Save the Law for Closing Criminal Cases against Orange Demonstrators!!

 דחוף!! הצילו את "החוק לביטול התיקים הפליליים נגד המפגינים הכתומים"!!

על פי נתונים רשמיים של הפרקליטות והמשטרה שפורסמו בכנסת לפני כשבועיים, למעלה מ-1500 מפגינים כתומים — אזרחים למופת  לרבות לוחמים רבים ביחידות קרביות –  עדיין עומדים לדין, או מוכתמים ברישומים "פליליים" במשטרה, בגלל הפגנות שונות בתקופת ההתנתקות.   החוק לביטול התיקים הפליליים הללו זוכה לתמיכה של חברי כנסת רבים – גם משמאל.

 

אבל אולמרט בכל זאת הצליח לשכנע את חברי הקואליציה לעשות "תרגיל":

היום פתאום אנחנו שומעים, שחברי הכנסת מהקואליציה התומכים בחוק "לא יוכלו" להצביע בעדו אם החוק לא יעבור קודם "ועדת שרים לענייני חקיקה" שמתכנסת רק בשבוע הבא.

המשמעות: בשבוע הבא הרי אין הצבעות (זה שבוע אחרון לפני פגרת הכנסת) אז נצטרך לחכות עם החוק עד לאחר פגרת הכנסת (כלומר: עד אחרי החגים.)

את התרגיל הזה עלינו למנוע. מדוע?

א. אין שום הצדקה לעוד כמה חודשים של התעללות משפטית בלתי מוצדקת!!!

ב. בפוליטיקה מה שלא מתבצע היום — לא מתבצע אף פעם. (ולכן אולמרט עושה את התרגיל…)

 

איך לפעול?

להפציר בחברי הכנסת הימניים מהקואליציה, בנימוס רב, לנהוג בגבורה, לא לשתף פעולה עם התרגיל של אולמרט:

שידרשו   שהקואליציה לא תתנגד לחוק, – זה ייתן למעשה  חופש הצבעה. ושיגיעו – ויצביעו

 

מתי? מייד!!  היום (יום שני), הערב, הלילה ולכל המאוחר מחר (יום שלישי) בבוקר

URGENT KNESSET UPDT

 

Tomorrow and the next day (Tuesday and Wednesday) there will be the vote on the law which will close the ridiculous criminal cases against 1500 Orange demonstrators.

 

"Halevai" that the actions of the Orange demonstrators, in perhaps blocking traffic for a few moments or in possibly spontaneously pushing a policeman to prevent him from improperly beating up someone, and so forth, should be the Israel's justice system's main problem (what happened to rape, drugs, traffic accidents, terror attacks, family violence, and organized crime??).

 

Good news: The law is widely supported by many Knesset members on left and on right. The main problem is, though, that Olmert is pressuring some of the law's supporters, so we need to call these MKs RIGHT NOW — or this evening, or latest tomorrow morning (Tuesday morning) in order to very politely ask them to please vote FOR the law tomorrow and the next day. Please specifically say that you heard that Olmert is doing a "targil parliamentari" aimed to push off the vote until after the chagim (by that time, Olmert will think of another excuse to put it off even more…) and ask each MK not to let Olmert do that. Do not let the MKs persuade you that actually the above is not the factual situation. Keep insisting, pleasantly of course, that you are absolutely sure that the right thing to do is to vote for this law tomorrow (in the Vaadat haKnesset) and the next day (in the Knesset melia=plenary).
