עדכון על ההצבעה הגורלית ביום ד One day till crucial vote – what’s new
יום לפני ההצבעה הגורלית על החקיקה להצלת היישובים בכנסת, יש המון דיסאינפורמציה: http://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-4238282,00.html
אסור להתייחס ל"דיווחים" לפיהם "ידוע" שהחקיקה לא תעבור. גם נתניהו עצמו לא יודע האם החקיקה תעבור על חודו של קול, או תיכשל.
המצב העובדתי לפי שעה הוא כדלקמן:
א. טוב!! השרים ישראל כץ וסילבן שלום שוקלים לחזור לארץ כדי להשתתף בהצבעה, כל הכבוד! אבל הם גם שוקלים אפשרות של קיזוז עם ח"כ ערבי. נא לסמס מייד מייד לשרים האלה!! פרטים להלן. הערה: גם ח"כ עתני שנלר טרם אישר שהוא יחזור לארץ.
ב. מצויין!! גילה גמליאל הגיבורה מודיעה שגם היא כמו אדלשטיין והרשקוביץ תצביע בעד בכל מקרה!! http://news.walla.co.il/?w=/22/2538727 תודה גילה! הטלפון שלה 0522700727, ggamliel@knesset.gov.il .

הסבר: כולם (גם נתניהו) מבינים ש-5 המבנים של שכונת האולפנה הם קצה הקרחון והבעיה האמיתי היא צונאמי של בג"צים נגד היישובים ביהודה ושומרון.
לשם כך אנו מציעים את החקיקה להסדרת היישובים. אך נתניהו מתעקש על "מתווה" לפיו היועץ המשפטי ווינשטיין (זה שהעסיק עובדת זרה ללא אישור…) "יתן לנו הגנה" בפני בג"צים עתידיים. http://www.inn.co.il/News/News.aspx/239010
לצערנו בוגי יעלון תומך בזה. הוא לא מבין, ששום פתקית מווינשטין לא תגן על יהודה ושומרון מפני שופטי בג"צ כמו סלים ג'ובראן שלא מאשרים אפילו את המנון "התקווה".
ה. מצויין!! סגן השר איוב קרא גינה בפומבי את ה"עכברים" בליכוד שלא מוכנים להציל את היישובים: http://www.inn.co.il/News/News.aspx/239015. איוב הודיע: כמו אדלשטין, אצביע בעד בכל מקרה!!

a. Ministers Yisrael Katz & Silvan Shalom are abroad. They have told callers that they are seriously considering flying home. Please SMS these ministers, e.g.:
Ministers Katz & Silvan: if you come home, YOU get all the credit when/if law passes. But if you don’t, YOU get all the blame when/if law falls. Stay on the good side– PLEASE come home now!

“How is the Minister voting on Wednesday – for or against hasdarat ha-yishuvim?” (this is the Hebrew name for the vote).
